We use a top tier Electron E3+ Master Series powder coat system.

Custom powder coating gives your metal parts a long-lasting finish and protective coating which provides corrosion, oxidation, and damage resistance.

We have a 8’ x 8’ x 12’ Curing Oven to handle coating projects.

Some pieces may require an additional primer powder coat base or top coat, depending on the use of the finished piece.

Powder Coating

Pre Treatment

A critical step in powder coating. All pieces require pre-treatment before powder coat application, typically in the form of sand blasting. If prior finishing is on the metal, we must remove all of it prior to coating.

Caring for Powder Coat

While powder coat is intended to last many years. leaving your powder coated items exposed outside through the seasons will degrade your coating faster than if you properly store & care for your items. For best results with your powder coated items, take care of them. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, & properly cover them if left outside.
